ELEGOO PLA+ 1.75 mm, 1000 g 3D Printer Filament, Star Gray

The ELEGOO PLA+ Filament Star Gray is a 1.75 mm thermoplastic filament for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) 3D printers. It comes on a 1000 g spool and is aimed at anyone printing technical prototypes, functional parts, and detailed models. The PLA+ formulation gives a flexural strength of 74 MPa and an impact strength of 65.5 kJ/m², making it more durable than standard PLA. The recommended nozzle temperature is 215 °C, with an acceptable range of 200–230 °C. A build plate temperature of 35–65 °C is recommended for good adhesion. Diameter tolerance is rated at ±0.02 mm, which helps keep extrusion and layer consistency across a print.

It is compatible with any standard 1.75 mm FDM or FFF printer. The Star Gray colour gives a neutral finish suitable for end-use parts. The material has a melting point of 161 °C and a maximum glass transition temperature of 56 °C. With a density of 1300 kg/m³, the filament delivers the standard volumetric yield expected of PLA-based materials. To preserve its printing properties and prevent moisture absorption, store the spool at around 20% relative humidity. The package contains one spool of filament.
