It supports extrusion rates up to 600 mm/sec during high-speed printing. Compared to standard PLA, it offers improved toughness and crack resistance, making it suitable for functional prototypes and technical components. Its physical properties include a tensile strength of 39,000 kPa and a flexural strength of 71 MPa. A diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm helps ensure stable feeding and predictable print dimensions during rapid extrusion.

Hardware compatibility extends to most 1.75 mm FDM 3D printers, including the ELEGOO Neptune 4 series and Bambu Lab AMS systems. Optimal printing requires a nozzle temperature of 200 °C and a build plate temperature between 35 °C and 65 °C. The material has a melting point of 160 °C and a glass transition temperature of 57 °C. A spool form factor with vacuum packaging and desiccant protects the filament against moisture during storage. The formulation offers an elongation at break of 8.5 percent, contributing to its overall structural integrity.
