SUNLU PETG C PETG 1.75 mm, 1 kg 3D Printer Filament, Cyan

The SUNLU PETG C filament is a 1.75 mm cyan PETG material supplied on a 1 kg spool for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) 3D printers. It is intended for producing functional components, mechanical prototypes, and housings that require more structural integrity than standard PLA. The material achieves a tensile strength of 48,000 kPa and a flexural strength of 70 MPa. A density of 1.27 g/cm³ corresponds to standard solid PETG profiles. The formulation provides resistance to moisture and chemicals for demanding applications.

Consistent extrusion is maintained through a diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm, reducing the risk of feeding interruptions during long prints. SUNLU specifies a nozzle temperature of 240 °C with a maximum extruder temperature of 260 °C and a heated build plate between 60 °C and 70 °C. The filament is compatible with 99% of FDM 3D printers using 1.75 mm hardware, including full integration with Bambu Lab AMS systems. It carries a weatherproof rating for sustained outdoor use. Print stability is supported by strong layer adhesion and reduced warping under the specified thermal parameters.
