MAKERA Carvera Air 2 mm MDF Base Panels, 5-Pack

This spoil board is a sacrificial wasteboard made from 2 mm MDF, designed specifically for the MAKERA Carvera Air CNC milling machine. Each panel sits between the workpiece and the machine bed, absorbing tool contact that would otherwise mark the underlying surface. The MDF provides a replaceable working layer that can be cut into during carving and through-cutting operations. Panel dimensions are matched to the Carvera Air bed for direct installation without modification. The material adds minimal height to the work envelope while still providing a usable cutting surface for everyday projects.

A pack contains five laser-cut boards with pre-drilled fixture holes for quick bed mounting. Laser-cut edges keep sizing consistent across the set for predictable placement. A worn panel can be swapped for a fresh one once the surface becomes too scarred for reliable workholding.
