TERRAMASTER D9-320 - 9-Bay Direct Attached Storage Enclosure

The TERRAMASTER D9-320 9-Bay DAS Drive Enclosure is a direct-attached storage solution for expanding local computer capacity. It connects to a host system via USB 3.2 Gen 2, with data transfer speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s for large file operations. The chassis provides nine bays that accept 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch SATA hard drives and solid-state drives. Users can configure up to 288 TB of total storage, making the unit suitable for large media libraries and high-capacity backups. Storage drives are not included and must be purchased separately.

A metal chassis incorporates three 92 mm fans for intelligent, temperature-controlled cooling. The system generates 22.5 dB of noise under typical loads and draws 100 W of power from a 250 W power supply. Each drive bay has an independent power switch, allowing individual drives to be controlled as needed. SMART monitoring is supported to track drive health over time. The enclosure is compatible with Windows, macOS, and major Linux distributions including Unraid, TrueNAS, and Proxmox. Supported file systems include NTFS, APFS, FAT32, exFAT, and EXT4.
