The EVEN REALITIES R1 Smart Ring – Size 7 is a health and activity-tracking wearable for continuous monitoring without a display. It collects wellness data during daily activity and sleep. Battery life reaches up to four days on a single charge. The sensor suite monitors heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and skin temperature trends. It also records heart-rate variability and evaluates sleep patterns. Companion access is available on iOS and Android smartphones.

The housing combines a zirconia ceramic exterior with a stainless steel lining. At 7 mm wide and 3.1 mm thick, the ring has a compact, finger-worn profile. Its IP68 rating provides defined protection against dust and water ingress. Recharging uses the included magnetic wireless base and takes approximately 1.5 hours. A touch-sensitive surface accepts tap and scroll gestures for controlling compatible EVEN G2 smart glasses. This control function operates through the EVEN REALITIES app.
