The TERRAMASTER F4-425 4-Bay NAS Enclosure is a desktop network-attached storage device aimed at home users and small teams that need centralised data management. It is built around a quad-core Intel Celeron N5095 processor running at 2 GHz, paired with 4 GB of expandable DDR4 memory. This setup is intended for file serving, media streaming, and synchronisation across up to 50 concurrent network connections. A single 2.5 GbE Ethernet port handles high-speed network transfers. The enclosure provides four hot-swappable bays that accept 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch SATA drives; no drives are included with the unit. It runs the TOS 6 operating system and supports RAID levels 0, 1, TRAID, and TRAID+.

The compact desktop chassis uses active cooling via a 120 mm fan that keeps noise at around 21 dB, making it suitable for shared workspaces. Connectivity includes two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, and an HDMI output. An internal 90 W power supply covers typical consumption.
