The TERRAMASTER F8 SSD 8-Bay M.2 NVMe NAS with Intel N95 and 8 GB DDR5 is a desktop enclosure built for fast file sharing and backups in home office environments. It accommodates up to eight M.2 2280 NVMe solid-state drives, supporting a maximum raw capacity of 64 TB. No storage drives are included, so the configuration can be tailored to specific performance requirements. An Intel N95 quad-core processor running at 3.4 GHz is paired with 8 GB of DDR5 memory to handle RAID management and file services. The single RJ-45 Ethernet port provides high-bandwidth connectivity by supporting both 1 GbE and 10 GbE data rates. TerraMaster TOS 6 manages the system through a web browser interface.

The black chassis relies on active cooling via two 50 mm fans, keeping typical operating noise around 19 dB. Power is supplied by an external 72 W adapter, with the unit drawing 45 W under typical load. Users can attach external devices using three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports or output video through the HDMI 2.0b port. Cross-platform file access is supported across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS devices. Security and access are managed through AES encryption and access control lists, accommodating up to 2,048 users and 512 shared folders. A physical reset button provides a straightforward recovery option.
