SUNLU FilaDryer E2 - Filament Dryer and Annealing Station

The SUNLU FilaDryer E2 Filament Dryer and Annealing Station is a filament preparation device for FDM and FFF 3D printing. It removes absorbed moisture from spools before and during printing, reducing problems such as bubbling, stringing, and poor layer adhesion. A 500 W PTC heating system reaches temperatures up to 110 °C, allowing it to dry demanding engineering materials including nylon, polycarbonate, and carbon-fibre-reinforced filaments. The unit also serves as an annealing station for heat-treating finished prints to improve dimensional stability, making it suitable for users working with moisture-sensitive technical filaments.

The device is built as an insulated dual-chamber unit and accepts spools up to 250 mm in diameter and 153 mm wide. It supports standard 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filament diameters and works with filament from all major 3D printing brands. Material feeds directly from the dryer to the printer through PTFE tubing, keeping it dry during long prints. The single-unit package weighs 6,100 g and provides a stationary setup for continuous filament management. The chamber handles drying materials from standard PLA and PETG through to reinforced nylon and polycarbonate blends.
