The SUPERFIRE HE03 Rechargeable LED/COB Headlamp with Motion Sensor is a hands-free light for repairs, construction work, DIY projects, and outdoor activities. It produces up to 540 lumens and throws a beam 45 metres. A 180-degree beam angle provides broad coverage suited to close-range tasks rather than long-distance spotting. Runtime reaches 3 hours on the lowest setting, which is relatively short for a headlamp in this lumen class. Together, the output and reach make the HE03 a practical work light rather than a long-range trail model.

Weighing 112 grams, the headlamp uses an adjustable headband made of plastic and silicone rubber for a secure fit during extended wear. A built-in lithium-ion battery recharges via USB-C in approximately 2.5 hours, and a battery-level indicator shows the remaining charge at a glance. The housing is shockproof and rated IP44, protecting against solid objects and water splashes for both indoor and outdoor use. White and red light modes cover general illumination and night-vision preservation. The red output is suited to preserving dark-adapted vision during low-light work or observation at camp.
