The SONOFF BBQ Meat Thermometer Probe Sensor, 2-Pack contains replacement probes for internal food-temperature monitoring. Each probe is made from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel for contact with food during cooking. The measurement range extends from 0°C to 300°C (32°F to 572°F). These are thermometer accessories intended for use with the compatible SONOFF BBQ meat thermometer system, rather than standalone thermometers.
