The CORSAIR RM1000e 1000 W ATX 3.1 Fully Modular Power Supply with ThermalProtect delivers continuous output for gaming PCs and workstations. Its ATX 3.1 design meets current-generation power requirements, including those of demanding modern graphics cards. Fully modular cabling lets builders install only the cables their components need, reducing unused wiring inside the case and helping to keep airflow paths clear. A supplied 12V-2x6 graphics card power cable includes ThermalProtect technology to monitor connector temperature, helping to guard against unsafe operating conditions at the connection. Cooling is provided by a single 120 mm fan, with low-noise and Zero RPM modes available under suitable loads. The fan can therefore stop when operating conditions allow, rather than running continuously.
