Hama Sonic Mobil 185 2.0 Wired PC Speaker, Black/Silver

The Hama Sonic Mobil Active 2.0 PC Speakers, Black/Silver, are a compact stereo system intended for PCs and notebooks. Two speaker units provide left and right audio channels, with a combined rated output of 3 W RMS. The active design incorporates amplification into the speaker system rather than requiring a separate amplifier. Audio comes from a wired 3.5 mm connection to the computer or another source with a compatible output. Bluetooth is not supported, so this system requires a physical connection for playback.

Power is supplied through USB Type-A, avoiding the need for a separate mains adapter. The USB connection supplies power, while the audio signal uses the separate analogue connector. An integrated continuous volume control allows adjustment directly from the speaker unit rather than only through computer settings. The speakers are designed for tabletop or bookshelf placement, keeping the controls accessible alongside a desktop or notebook setup. There is no equaliser or dedicated bass adjustment for changing the tonal balance.

• 120 Hz–20 kHz frequency range: the specified audio frequency coverage.
• 4 Ω impedance: the system's stated electrical impedance.
• 1.15 m cord length: a practical consideration when positioning the speakers near connection points.
• 390 g weight: a lightweight system for repositioning between workspaces.
• 70 × 70 × 70 mm dimensions: a compact format where desk space is limited.
