Cyber Monday always takes place on the Monday after Black Friday. This means that this year, Cyber Monday is on Monday 1.12.. This relatively new shopping day started in the USA in 2005 and has relatively quickly found its place here in the Nordic countries as well.
What is Cyber Monday?
Along with Black Friday, Cyber Monday is one of the biggest shopping days in the USA. The difference has traditionally been that Black Friday is in physical store while Cyber Monday concerns online sales. But in the Nordic countries, both shopping days have been used for online sales since they came here. Christmas shopping season starts with Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
