The compact 95 mm footprint ensures full clearance for system RAM modules and the top PCIe slot on motherboards, accommodating smaller form factors without obstruction. Heat transfer relies on a nickel-plated assembly featuring five 6 mm copper heat pipes routed from the plated copper base to the densely packed aluminum fin array. Thermal dissipation is managed by the included 92 mm NF-A9 PWM fan, which utilizes SSO2 bearing technology for operational stability. The fan operates across a controlled range, reaching a maximum rotational speed of 2000 RPM and delivering an airflow of 46.44 CFM. At peak velocity, the fan generates a maximum noise output of 22.8 dB, balancing cooling capability with acoustic performance.
