The unit connects to the host system via four SATA 7-pin interfaces and utilizes two 4-pin Molex connectors for power delivery.

This rack features a hot-swap design that allows for the immediate removal or replacement of drives without requiring a system reboot. Two 40mm cooling fans are integrated into the rear of the device to maintain consistent airflow across the installed drives during sustained data operations. Visual monitoring is provided by dedicated LED indicators for each bay, displaying solid green for power and flashing amber for drive activity.
