DJI Monitor Sunshade Frame for Tablets, Black – Inspire 1, Phantom 3, Phantom 4

The DJI Monitor Sunshade Frame for Tablets – Inspire 1, Phantom 3, Phantom 4 is a hood for tablets used as drone remote-controller displays. It is compatible with DJI Inspire 1, Phantom 3 Pro and Advanced, and Phantom 4 controller setups. Its main function is to shield the display from direct sunlight during outdoor flights. The frame accommodates tablets up to approximately 205 × 145 × 128 mm, which is the key specification to check before purchase. Reducing the light reaching the screen makes flight telemetry, camera views, and control information easier to read in bright conditions.

The hood shields the tablet display from three sides rather than enclosing the device. Its matte interior limits glare and reflections within the viewing area. A lightweight, slim design makes the frame easy to carry alongside a controller and tablet. The accessory acts only as a physical screen shade, with flight and camera information still provided by the connected tablet. Its open design keeps the display facing the operator while limiting incoming light around the screen.
