The De’Longhi ECP31.21 is a manual countertop espresso machine designed for traditional portafilter brewing. It is compatible with both ground coffee and E.S.E. pods. A stainless steel boiler manages both extraction and steam, with a simple rotary dial for manual control. The unit also features dual spouts and an integrated cup warmer to help maintain serving temperatures.

In addition to espresso, the built-in steam wand allows for manual milk frothing for drinks like cappuccinos. The system can also dispense hot water for tea. Maintenance is straightforward thanks to a removable drip tray and a detachable water reservoir with a clear level indicator. To save energy, an automatic shut-off function turns the machine off when it is not in use.
