The Ubiquiti RocketDish RD-5G30 is a 30 dBi dual-polarization parabolic dish antenna designed for long-distance, outdoor wireless bridging. It is intended for point-to-point (PtP) links and backhaul applications. With a maximum gain of 30 dBi at 5 GHz, it focuses radio energy toward distant network nodes. The 5-degree horizontal and vertical beam widths allow for precise targeting of remote sites. The antenna uses dual-linear polarization for simultaneous vertical and horizontal signal paths and operates in the 5.1 to 5.9 GHz range to maintain stable backhaul connections.

Designed for harsh environments, the dish has a survival wind speed rating of 200 km/h. It features a wind load rating of 787 N to ensure mechanical stability on towers or rooftops during high-velocity gusts. An RF voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of 1.4:1 facilitates efficient energy transfer from the connected radio. The unit connects to external equipment via RP-SMA female connectors. It measures 650 mm in diameter and weighs 9.8 kg. Mounting brackets are included for installation on existing infrastructure.
