Black Box VX-1001-TX - HDMI Extender Transmitter

The Black Box VX-1001-TX HDMI Extender Transmitter uses HDBaseT technology to send AV signals over long distances. It converts a standard HDMI input into an RJ-45 HDBaseT output for transmission over conventional network cabling. This allows operators to send ultra-high-definition video to remote displays without signal degradation. The transmitter supports resolutions up to 3840 x 2160, ensuring clear images on large screens. A wired connection provides a stable link for critical audio and video infrastructure.

Housed in aluminium, the extender is built to withstand regular use in commercial AV environments. It requires an external power adapter, which connects via a dedicated DC-in jack. The unit fits in equipment racks or behind display panels in conference rooms, classrooms, and control centres.
