DJI N3 Flight Controller

The DJI N3 Flight Controller is a DJI-compatible control unit for hobbyist, commercial, and industrial multirotor aircraft. It supports quadcopter I4 and X4 layouts; I6, X6, Y6, and IY6 hexacopters; and X8, I8, and V8 octocopters. At 132 g, its mass can be accounted for when calculating the aircraft's installed weight. The controller manages flight stability and aircraft control through DJI flight-control algorithms. Its configuration support allows the same controller type to be used across several four-, six-, and eight-rotor airframe layouts.

Power is supplied by a 3S to 12S battery system. The controller body measures 39 mm wide, 17 mm high, and 57.9 mm deep. These measurements define the space required when positioning the unit within an aircraft. Its specified operating temperature range is -10 °C to +55 °C. Power-system compatibility, available installation space, and environmental limits are therefore the main fitment checks beyond the supported rotor configuration.
