The CHIEFTEC GR-01B-OP G1 is a mid-tower case constructed from 0.8mm SPCC steel and features a 4mm tempered glass side panel for component visibility. It is designed to accommodate ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, offering a versatile foundation for various PC builds. The internal structure includes a power supply shroud that conceals the PSU and associated cabling, which helps maintain a clean interior and manage airflow. This model integrates RGB illumination in the front panel and on the pre-installed 120mm rear fan, managed by an internal LED controller.

For thermal management, the chassis supports several cooling configurations. Liquid cooling options include radiator mounting points for a 280mm unit in the front, a 360mm unit at the bottom, and a 120mm unit at the rear. For air cooling, the case has placements for two 140mm fans at the front and three 120mm fans at the bottom. Component clearances are suitable for CPU coolers up to 160mm in height and ATX power supplies with a maximum length of 200mm. Storage accommodations include space for up to six drives.
