The Intel® Ethernet Network Adapter X710-T4L features four RJ45 ports for server environments that require multiple network connections from a single expansion slot. This internal PCIe 3.0 network interface card fits into an 8.0 GT/s x8 lane. Data transfer rates reach 10,000 Mbit/s per port to handle high-volume data center traffic. Administrators can also select intermediate link speeds of 100, 1000, 2500, and 5000 Mbit/s to match existing infrastructure hardware. Standard copper connectivity allows for integration into current rack architectures.

Measuring 167 mm in width and 69 mm in depth, the adapter fits inside standard rackmount servers. It is compatible with various chassis designs, including both low-profile and full-height brackets. An integrated Intel Ethernet Controller X710-TM4 manages traffic flow and supports storage over Ethernet protocols such as iSCSI and NFS. Quality of Service (QoS) capabilities prioritize critical network packets during periods of high congestion. LED indicators on the exterior bracket provide visual feedback on link status and activity.
