The BenQ LU930 is a standard throw projector designed for professional installations in business environments. It utilizes DLP projection technology to produce a native WUXGA resolution of 1920x1200 pixels. The laser light source delivers 5000 ANSI lumens of brightness and a high contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1, enabling clear image reproduction in rooms with ambient lighting. This BlueCore laser is rated for up to 20,000 hours of operation, which minimizes the need for frequent light source replacements and associated maintenance.

Installation is facilitated by a 1.6x manual zoom, a throw ratio of 1.36 to 2.18, and manual focus controls. For precise image alignment, the projector features both horizontal and vertical lens shift. This is supplemented by dual-axis keystone correction of ±30° to correct geometric distortion when the projector is placed off-center. It supports desktop and ceiling mounting for front or rear projection configurations to accommodate various room layouts.
