The Targus CitySmart Compact Under-Seat Laptop Roller, 12–16" – Black/Grey is a 24-litre cabin bag for business travel, commuting and short trips. Its compact shape is designed to fit under most domestic airline seats, reducing the need for overhead storage. A padded notebook compartment holds laptops up to 16 inches. Targus SafePort Sling technology suspends the laptop inside the bag to help absorb impact and reduce damage from accidental drops. The remaining space fits clothing, documents, accessories and other travel essentials in one rolling case.

The outer shell is made from 1200D polyester, a dense woven fabric suited to regular travel and commuting. A separate tablet compartment keeps the tablet apart from the main notebook sleeve. Zippers secure the main storage areas, and additional zippered sections help separate smaller accessories and paperwork.
