The Fractal Design Celsius+ S28 is an all-in-one liquid CPU cooler equipped with a 280mm aluminum radiator and two 140mm Dynamic X2 PWM fans. It is engineered to provide effective heat dissipation for a wide range of processors. The design integrates a PWM fan hub directly onto the radiator, which simplifies cable management and allows both fan and pump speeds to be controlled by a single header. A copper cold plate ensures efficient thermal transfer from the CPU, and the unit comes with thermal paste pre-applied for installation convenience.
This cooler features an auto mode for temperature-based speed adjustment or can be switched to PWM mode for manual user control. The pump top includes addressable RGB LED effects, which can be synchronized with major motherboard ecosystems such as ASUS Aura Sync, Gigabyte Fusion, and MSI Mystic Light. With 400mm of nylon-sleeved rubber tubing, the Celsius+ S28 offers installation flexibility in various case sizes. It includes mounting hardware for current Intel and AMD sockets, including LGA 1700 and AM5.
