The DELTACO e-Charge EV-1103 (Type 2 to Type 1, 16A, 3.6kW, 3m) connects an electric vehicle to an AC power source. This 3-metre, 16-amp lead connects a Type 2 infrastructure outlet to a vehicle equipped with a Type 1 inlet. It is compatible with Mode 3 charging protocols used by home wallboxes and public stations. The 3.6 kW power rating is suited to vehicles with smaller battery capacities or single-phase domestic power supplies. Position the vehicle close to the charging point to avoid straining the connection. The cable is compatible with Type 1 electric vehicles drawing power from a Type 2 station.
