The MSI MPG SEKIRA 500G is a mid-tower chassis constructed from a metal frame and 4 mm tempered glass panels on the sides and front. It accommodates a range of motherboard sizes, including Extended-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX, making it suitable for various performance-oriented builds. The case provides extensive storage capacity with support for up to nine 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch drives. Its front I/O panel is equipped with four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and a single USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port for connecting modern peripherals.

For thermal management, the chassis comes with two 200 mm fans pre-installed at the front and one 120 mm fan at the rear to facilitate airflow. It supports liquid cooling systems with space for radiators up to 360 mm on the top panel, 280 mm at the front, and 120 mm at the rear. The case includes integrated RGB illumination on the front and top, which can be controlled via a dedicated button. To aid in maintenance and component longevity, removable anti-dust filters are positioned at air intake points.
