The QNAP TS-H2490FU-7302P-128G 24-Bay 2U NAS is an all-flash, high-density storage system for data centres and large enterprises. This 2U rackmount unit serves as a repository for high-throughput workloads, featuring 24 front-access bays for 2.5-inch U.2 NVMe SSDs. This configuration is supplied without storage drives. It is powered by an AMD EPYC 7302P 16-core processor with a 3 GHz base frequency and 32 threads. The system includes 128 GB of DDR4 RDIMM memory to handle concurrent network traffic. Running the QuTS hero operating system, the unit uses a ZFS-based file system to ensure data integrity, with inline deduplication and real-time compression to improve storage efficiency.

Network connectivity is provided by two 25GbE SFP28 ports and two RJ-45 Ethernet ports supporting speeds up to 25 Gbit/s. The hardware supports memory expansion up to 4 TB across 16 RDIMM slots. Dual 1100 W power supply units provide redundancy for continuous operation. Cooling is managed by four 60 mm fans.
