The Motorola AM24 is an audio-only baby monitor that does not require a camera or smartphone connectivity. It has a range of up to 300 m in clear, line-of-sight conditions and up to 50 m indoors. The parent unit features an amber-backlit display for status updates and an integrated rechargeable battery for cordless use.

The system uses DECT technology to ensure secure audio transmission and prevent interference from other household devices. The units are compact, measuring 98 mm in height and 23 mm in depth, and come with two power adapters. The parent unit includes volume controls, while the nursery unit is equipped with a microphone and speaker, enabling two-way communication.
