The BOSCH Professional 18 V Cordless Rotary Hammer is battery-powered and designed for demanding drilling and hammer drilling in concrete and masonry. It drills concrete up to 35 mm in diameter — its rated capacity for conventional concrete drilling. Cordless operation allows the drill to be used anywhere on site without a mains lead. The drill is also intended for chiselling work that requires repeated impact. It is designed for heavy concrete work, not screwdriving.

At 6.1 kg, the drill has a pistol-grip body and an auxiliary handle to support two-handed control. The SDS-max chuck accepts matching SDS-max drilling and chiselling accessories. Drilling speed is adjustable, and a built-in light improves visibility around the work area. Two removable 8.0 Ah lithium-ion batteries and a charger are supplied for use with the Bosch Professional 18 V system. A carrying case is included for transport and storage.
