The DEWALT 18 V XR Brushless Cordless Hammer Drill is a battery-powered drill for drilling holes and driving screws in common building materials. It is powered by a removable 18 V battery, so no mains lead is required. The brushless motor produces up to 70 N·m of torque for demanding applications. Maximum drilling capacity is 40 mm in wood, 13 mm in steel, and 13 mm in concrete. The drill is suitable for driving fasteners and drilling into timber, metal, and masonry.
