The DEWALT 18 V XR Brushless Cordless Impact Driver, Bare Tool is a battery-powered impact driver intended for controlled screwdriving and fastening. Its 18 V power format places it within the compatible DEWALT XR battery platform. The brushless motor delivers a rated maximum torque of 205 N·m. It is designed for high-torque screwdriving in wood, metal, and other fastening applications. Three selectable torque modes allow output to be matched to controlled, general, or higher-demand driving.

At 940 g without a battery, the impact driver has a compact 134 mm body for access in confined spaces. Its 1/4-inch hex chuck uses a quick-release system and supports one-handed bit insertion. Speed is adjustable at the trigger, while reverse operation supports backing out fasteners. A three-LED halo light illuminates the area around the fastening point. The required battery and charger are not included. A TSTAK carrying case is supplied for storage and transport.
