The DEWALT 18V XR Brushless 125 mm Dual-Action Polisher is a cordless polisher for automotive detailing, paint correction, and finishing on painted surfaces. Its 125 mm sanding and polishing pad supports controlled work over vehicle panels and other finishes. An adjustable no-load speed range of 2,000–5,500 RPM lets you match the rate to different compounds, materials, and finishing stages. The freely rotating dual-action movement is designed to reduce the risk of visible swirl marks when used correctly. An 18V battery provides cordless operation around the vehicle.

At 2.5 kg, the polisher's weight is worth considering when planning extended or overhead work. The included auxiliary handle can be fitted in two positions, providing a choice of hand placement for control. Soft-grip surfaces provide a secure grip at the main holding points during longer polishing sessions. A rubber-coated gear housing offers another gripping surface near the front of the body.
