The Makita 18V LXT Brushless Cordless Drill Kit is a battery-powered drill and screwdriver. It supports professional construction, renovation, installation and maintenance work, along with demanding home projects. The cordless drill operates from an 18 V battery supply. Its brushless motor is rated for up to 54 N·m of torque in hard applications. Maximum drilling diameter is 38 mm in wood and 13 mm in steel.

At 1.6 kg, the drill has a compact pistol-grip layout with a soft-grip handle. The keyless chuck accepts bits from 1.5 to 13 mm, allowing changes without a chuck key. Two gears and adjustable speed provide separate ranges for lower-speed driving and faster drilling. A built-in dual LED light improves visibility around the bit in dim work areas.
