Makita DDF484Z 18 Volt LXT Brushless Cordless Drill/Driver, Without battery and charger

The Makita 18V LXT Brushless Cordless Drill/Driver (Body Only) is intended for drilling wood and steel and controlled screwdriving. It is part of the Makita LXT battery platform. Maximum torque is rated at 54 N·m for hard applications and 30 N·m for softer applications. The maximum drilling diameter is 38 mm in wood and 13 mm in steel.

The drill has a listed weight of 1.6 kg and a compact pistol-grip layout with a rubberised soft grip. Its keyless chuck accepts bits from 1.5 to 13 mm, allowing tool-free changes across that range. Variable-speed control provides finer control during drilling and fastening. A built-in LED illuminates the immediate work area. The removable battery uses lithium-ion technology. This body-only version includes neither a battery nor a charger, so both must be purchased separately. No carrying case is supplied.
