The Makita 18 V LXT Brushless Cordless Drill Kit is a battery-powered drill for drilling and screwdriving. It is intended for professional installation and maintenance work where a compact form is useful. Its 18 V battery platform determines compatibility with Makita LXT batteries. Maximum torque is rated at 40 N·m for demanding drilling and fastening applications. Maximum drilling diameter is 36 mm in wood and 13 mm in steel.

With the battery fitted, the drill weighs 1.6 kg. The aluminium gear housing is paired with a plastic outer housing. A 1.5–13 mm keyless chuck supports tool-free bit changes across a broad range of drill and driver bits. Built-in LED lighting and a soft-grip handle assist visibility and handling during confined work. Two gears and adjustable speed provide control for both screwdriving and drilling.
