Makita DHR182Z 18V LXT Brushless SDS-Plus Cordless Hammer Drill Body Only

The Makita 18V LXT brushless SDS-Plus cordless hammer drill is a battery-powered drill for concrete, conventional drilling and screwdriving. It runs on the Makita LXT 18V lithium-ion battery platform. The brushless motor delivers efficient, low-maintenance operation. Maximum drilling diameter is 24 mm in wood, 13 mm in steel and 18 mm in concrete. For concrete, the stated optimum drilling range is 5–8 mm. Its single-speed gearbox reaches a maximum no-load speed of 1,350 RPM, and adjustable speed allows the output to be moderated to suit the material.

The pistol-grip body has a soft-grip surface for a secure hold. Its SDS-Plus chuck is intended for compatible SDS-Plus bits. Reverse rotation provides additional control during drilling and screwdriving. A built-in LED light illuminates the immediate work area. This body-only drill is supplied without an 18V battery or charger, so compatibility with existing Makita LXT 18V batteries should be considered before purchase. No carrying case, drill bit or screwdriver bit is included.
