The Makita DHS680Z LXT 18V Brushless Cordless Circular Saw, Body Only is designed for professional carpentry, construction, and installation work. It cuts wood, MDF, laminate, and composite boards, achieving a maximum cut depth of 57 mm at 90° and 41 mm at 45°. A brushless motor drives the 165 mm blade with a 20 mm bore to a no-load speed of 5000 rpm. The saw runs on an 18V LXT lithium-ion battery platform. This body-only version is supplied without a battery or charger, which must be purchased separately.

Weighing 3,300 g with an overall length of 350 mm, this cordless circular saw uses a magnesium base plate to balance durability and handling.
