The Makita 12V CXT Brushless SDS-Plus Cordless Rotary Hammer is a battery-powered drill for drilling and screwdriving in concrete, wood, and steel. It operates on a 12V CXT platform and uses a brushless motor. The rated impact energy is 1.1 J for hammer-drilling applications. Maximum drilling diameters are 13 mm in wood, 10 mm in steel, and 16 mm in concrete. No-load speed is 680 rpm, while the impact mechanism delivers up to 4,800 impacts per minute.

The drill weighs 1.8 kg and has a soft-grip handle for added control. Its SDS-Plus chuck accepts drilling accessories.
