The Makita JV102DZ 10.8 V CXT Cordless Jigsaw is a battery-powered tool designed for professional and demanding DIY cutting in wood, steel, and aluminium. A 23 mm stroke length and a variable no-load stroke rate from 800 to 3,000 strokes per minute allow the cutting speed to be matched to the material and application. It cuts wood up to 90 mm deep, aluminium up to 20 mm deep, and steel up to 10 mm deep. A 10.8 V CXT Li-ion battery system drives the brushless motor. Being cordless, it provides portability for work away from a mains power supply.
