The Makita KP0810CJ Corded Electric Planer, 1050 W, 82 mm, with Makpac Case is designed for sizing, levelling and smoothing wooden surfaces. Its 82 mm planing width accommodates common boards, framing timber and door edges in a single pass. The 1050 W motor provides the rated input for removing material from timber. A no-load speed of 12,000 RPM supports consistent surface finishing across the cutting width. Planing depth is adjustable up to 4 mm per pass, allowing anything from light finishing cuts to more substantial stock removal.

Soft start brings the cutter up to speed gradually when the planer is switched on. A soft-grip handle provides a controlled contact point during longer cuts and repeated passes. The supplied parallel guide helps keep the tool aligned when working along a board edge. Chips can be discharged from either the left or right side, which helps keep debris away from the working direction. A Makpac case is included for storage and transport between jobs.
