The Makita UV3200 is an electric lawn scarifier designed to remove moss and thatch from domestic lawns. Because it runs on mains power, it provides constant performance without the run-time limitations of battery-powered models. A 1300 W motor drives the internal scarifying mechanism across the soil surface. With a working width of 320 mm, the unit covers lawn sections efficiently. The rotating blades pull compacted dead grass from the turf, helping the soil receive more light and water. Using the scarifier is less physically demanding than manual raking and helps maintain the lawn's condition throughout the growing season.

The rubberized, ergonomic handle provides a secure grip, even on uneven ground. An adjustable depth setting allows you to control how deeply the tines penetrate the soil, depending on how compacted the lawn is. As the machine extracts debris, it deposits the material directly into the rear collection box, which eliminates the need to rake up waste afterwards. The upper section of the handle folds down over the main body, making the unit compact enough to store in a standard shed or garage. The casing features Makita’s signature black and cyan livery.
