The device operates at a native WUXGA resolution of 1920x1200 with a 16:10 aspect ratio, suitable for detailed presentations and high-definition video. For system integration, connectivity options include two HDMI 2.0 ports, a DVI port, a VGA input, and an Ethernet LAN port for network-based control.

The projector achieves a dynamic contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1 and supports both HDR10 and HLG content for enhanced image depth. Its laser light source is rated for a service life of 20,000 hours in standard mode, extending to 70,000 hours in economic mode to minimize maintenance requirements. Image alignment is managed with motorized focus and zoom, along with wide-range vertical (±55%) and horizontal (±5%) lens shift capabilities for flexible placement.

Engineered for fixed installations, this unit supports front, rear, and ceiling mounting configurations. The LU9800 ships without a lens, allowing system integrators to select an option that matches specific throw distance and screen size requirements. Keystone correction of up to ±30 degrees is available on both horizontal and vertical axes for final image geometry adjustments. An AC power cable and a remote control are included for operation.
