Cisco Catalyst 9136I-E - Wireless Access Point, White

The Cisco Catalyst 9136I-E is a tri-band wireless access point for high-density indoor environments. It uses the Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) standard, operating across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands to increase capacity. The device reaches a maximum aggregate data rate of 10,200 Mbit/s. Internal antennas and beamforming optimize signal direction and performance, while MU-MIMO support allows the access point to communicate with multiple client devices simultaneously. Network settings can be configured directly through a web-based interface.

For wired connectivity, the Catalyst 9136I-E features two Multigigabit Ethernet LAN ports supporting speeds up to 5,000 Mbit/s. It is powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE), which removes the need for a local AC power source. Security is maintained through TLS, WPA2, and WPA3 protocols. The unit includes one USB 2.0 port for additional hardware and is housed in a white chassis designed for table-top or in-wall installation. The firmware is upgradeable to support ongoing software updates.
