The Bosch MUZ9EB1 is an ice cream maker attachment for Serie 8 and OptiMUM kitchen machines. It allows you to make ice cream, sorbet, and frozen yogurt at home using a double-walled, pre-chilled container. Once the container is frozen, it can process a batch of up to 550 g. Continuous stirring ensures the mixture maintains a consistent texture throughout the process.

The container features a rim for secure handling and attaches directly to the base unit. A mixing tool with a safety coupling prevents mechanical strain, while the included splash guard keeps the bowl covered during use. The lid features an opening for adding ingredients while mixing. A spatula is provided for removing the finished mixture from the bowl. This attachment is compatible only with Bosch OptiMUM and Serie 8 models.
