Makita LXT Circular Saw 2x18V, without battery or charger

The Makita DRS780Z 36V (2x18V) LXT brushless circular saw, body only, is built for heavy-duty professional woodworking, including cutting timber and boards. This cordless circular saw runs on a 36 V power system that uses two 18 V Makita LXT lithium-ion batteries in series. A brushless motor drives the blade to a maximum no-load speed of 5100 RPM. The saw reaches a maximum cutting depth of 65 mm at 90° and 45 mm at 45°. It is designed to cut wood with 185 mm blades with a 30 mm bore.

The aluminium base plate provides a stable platform for controlled cuts, and the bevel adjustment allows angled cuts up to 53°. Weighing 5000 g, this rear-handle saw has a soft-grip ergonomic handle for improved user comfort. A soft-start function enables smoother start-ups, while the integrated dust extraction port connects to a vacuum for cleaner working conditions. As a body-only tool, the product does not include batteries, a charger, or a saw blade, so these must be supplied separately. It is compatible with the Makita 18 V LXT battery system and comes with a 3-year warranty.
