UNIT 1 FARO MIPS Smart Bicycle Helmet, Juniper, Medium is a connected cycling helmet for commuters and everyday road cyclists. It combines impact protection with connected safety and incident-response features. MIPS technology is designed to reduce rotational forces during certain impacts. Its rechargeable lithium-ion battery supports up to 10 hours of operation between charges. The electronics carry an IPX6 water-resistance rating for outdoor use. Ventilation is built into the helmet for regular cycling.

The medium helmet weighs 580 g and comes in the Juniper colour. Integrated front and rear visibility lights include an automatic brake light and turn indicators. A handlebar-mounted remote controls the lighting, allowing signalling without removing a hand from the bar. A mounting kit is included for fitting the control equipment. Built-in fall detection can identify a potential accident and, when configured through the connected system, alert emergency contacts with the rider's GPS location. An on/off switch provides direct control at the helmet.
