The Wahoo SPEEDPLAY ZERO Road Pedal System with a 56 mm spindle is a clipless pedal system for road cycling, used with compatible cycling shoes. The 56 mm spindle forms the basis of the connection between shoe and pedal. Dual-sided entry allows engagement from either face of the pedal, so the rider does not need to flip the pedal to a specific side before clipping in. A low-profile design keeps the stack height down, creating a direct connection between shoe and pedal. Rotational float is adjustable up to 15°, allowing controlled foot movement while clipped in.

The complete pedal system weighs approximately 222 g. Three-axis cleat adjustment offers several ways to tailor shoe position. Cleat placement can be set independently to suit the rider's preferred fit, and the release angle is adjusted separately rather than being fixed by cleat position. Permitted foot movement can also be tuned independently within the available float range. These adjustments support an individual setup for road training, racing, and long-distance riding.
