The Kärcher BLV 18-200 is a cordless leaf blower and vacuum designed for clearing garden debris. It functions as both a blower to gather vegetation and a vacuum to clear it from paths. The airspeed is adjustable between 130 and 200 km/h, allowing the operator to use high force to dislodge wet leaves from paving or lower settings near flower beds. The motor is powered by an 18 V lithium-ion battery, removing the need for a mains cable.

The unit requires a separate Kärcher battery pack. With a standard battery, it provides up to 30 minutes of runtime. In vacuum mode, debris is collected in a 45-litre bag. An internal shredding fan mulches material at a 10:1 ratio, increasing the amount the bag can hold before it needs emptying. The tool weighs 3.5 kg without the battery and includes handles to make it easier to carry between storage and the work area.
